Executive Team

Stéphane Leclercq is CoFluent Design's Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Entrepreneur and electronics professional, Mr. Leclercq cumulates 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry in technical, sales and organization manager positions.

Prior to founding CoFluent Design, he ran a first start-up company developing and selling financial software to brokerage firms.

Mr. Leclercq holds an electronic engineering degree and started as hardware developer. He spent several years selling Intel semiconductor products with Arrows Electronics, a world-leading distributor of electronic components, and embedded computing hardware platforms with Motorola Computer Group.

Vincent Perrier is CoFluent Design's Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer, in charge of Products and Marketing.

Embedded systems expert, Mr. Perrier has about 15 years of technical, sales and marketing experience in the embedded systems industry and design automation tools.

He spent 5 years as application engineer and marketing manager with Wind River Systems, the leading provider of embedded solutions.

Mr. Perrier holds a computer engineering degree and started as real-time software developer, and then joined Verilog (now Telelogic) as consulting and sales engineer.

Luc Burgun is Co-Founder, President and CEO of EVE (www.eve-team.com), a leading provider of high-performance, hardware-assisted verification solutions, and has 15 years of experience in CAD development and digital system design with various companies including Mentor Graphics.

Mr. Burgun is Chairman of CoFluent Design's Supervisory Board.

Vincent Encontre is President and CEO of Intuilab (www.intuilab.com), a software startup developing innovative human-computer interaction and interface technologies, and has more than 20 years of experience with software startups and large companies such as IBM in various positions like product management, strategy, acquisition and business development.

Mr. Encontre is Vice-President of CoFluent Design's Supervisory Board.

Jean-Philippe Gendre is Investment Director of Emertec Gestion, which he joined in 2004. His investment focus areas include semiconductor, EDA, embedded software, components, communications and wireless infrastructure, and devices.

Prior to this, he spent 10 years in the microelectronics industry in sales and marketing. As Sales Director at DuPont Photomasks, Inc., he managed global account sales and business development for seven years. Before, he was Product Marketing Manager at Motorola Semiconductors for three years.

Before this period in the semiconductor industry, he spent five years in consultancy and computer services.

Mr. Gendre holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (SUPELEC), France, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Mr. Gendre is a member of CoFluent Design's Supervisory Board.

Guillaume Lebrun joined BNP PARIBAS PRIVATE EQUITY in mid 2000 as Investment Director to launch a range of FCPI funds (French tax-incentivized investments in small and medium innovative companies).

He initially joined BNP PARIBAS in January 1999 as Senior Industry Analyst in the Group Risk Management, covering the Electronics, Semiconductor and Software industries.

Mr. Lebrun previously held various technical and management positions at SYSECA (now THALES IS, software house of THALES) where he specialized in real-time on-board computers, dedicated local networks and system integration.

Mr. Lebrun received a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ENSAE (Sup'Aéro) in 1991, majored in Computer Science, and an MBA degree from the HEC School of Management, Paris, in 1998.

Mr. Lebrun is a member of CoFluent Design's Supervisory Board.

Olivier Denigot is Director of Investment with UFG PE and has 8 years of experience in venture capital.

Prior to joining UFG PE in 2005, he managed pre-IPO investments in Europe and the USA for Caisse des Dépôts, and developed the corporate financing activity of Bryan Garnier & Cie, French-Bristish Merchant Bank, for which he led fund raisings from 5 to 40 million euros.

Mr. Denigot holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale of Marseille, France, and an MBA from HEC, France.

Mr. Denigot is a member of CoFluent Design's Supervisory Board.
