COFLUENT DESIGN ANNOUNCES CONTINUED STRONG GROWTH AS IT CLOSES FISCAL YEAR 2007

Annual Revenues Are Up +71% with Doubled Customer Base

Paris, France – FEBRUARY 11, 2008 – CoFluent Design, an Electronic System Level (ESL) company focused on delivering state-of-the-art software solutions for early system architecture exploration and performance analysis, closed its fiscal year December the 31^st, 2007, and reported strong growth in revenues of 71% over the previous year.

“The company has been constantly growing year after year since 2003” said Stéphane Leclercq, Chief Executive Officer of CoFluent Design. “As embedded and system-on-chip designs for wireless and multimedia applications hit the complexity and time-to-market wall, they found in CoFluent a unique methodology and tool support for efficiently and securely transitioning from specification to implementation.”

“Early design decisions taken based on guesstimates, experience and Excel spreadsheets are no longer reliable in complex multi-core/multiprocessor designs. However, such decisions have a huge impact on the development time and cost of projects. CoFluent enables early modeling and simulation at low effort and investment. It allows analyzing all dimensions of the future design – behavior, real-time, architecture, performance – prior to investing in software or hardware development, including costly virtual platforms or prototypes” added Leclercq. “The company’s growth reflects the market’s adoption of our solution.”

In the last 12 months, CoFluent Design doubled its customer base including world top-10 wireless and multimedia devices or chips manufacturers.

Highlights of fiscal year 2007 also include the raise of $2.6 million in Series A funding, the creation of CoFluent Design, Inc. operations in the United States, significant growth of the R&D team, and joining the OSCI and The SPIRIT Consortium standard organizations.
